SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your MH Beauty experience with care, reliability, and transparency.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. MH Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer. In cases of address inconsistencies, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect information provided during checkout, the responsibility will remain with the customer.

Processing Your Order

Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days.

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details

Delivery Times

  • Ireland: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–8 business days

Some items may require additional time (up to 25 days) if temporarily out of stock, we’ll always keep you informed.

Our Delivery Partners

We work with trusted couriers including An Post, DPD, DHL, and selected partners to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Details

  • Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown clearly at checkout
  • All orders are dispatched from Ireland
  • Selected EU and international destinations are available, if you are not in Ireland please contact us to place your order.

For certain destinations, a minimum order value may apply and will be clearly indicated before purchase.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Commitment

If your order cannot be delivered within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

Local Pickup

You may also choose to collect your order:

  • Ready within 1–3 business days
  • Collection details will be sent via email
  • Please bring your order confirmation

Uncollected Orders

Orders selected for collection should be picked up within 14 days.

If not collected within this timeframe, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Where applicable, non-recoverable processing or administrative costs may be deducted, in line with consumer regulations.
