Returns & Refunds
At MH Beauty, your experience matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help, simply and transparently.
Your Right to Change Your Mind
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mhbeautystore.com with your order number.
Once your return is confirmed, items must be sent back within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- All protective seals, labels, and hygiene protections must be intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products where seals or labels have been removed, broken, or tampered with.
Refunds
Once your return is received (or proof of return is provided), your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original delivery costs are included where required by law
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and sealed
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Once approved and received, your replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund and return costs will be covered by MH Beauty.
A Note on Fair Use
We’re committed to offering a fair and enjoyable experience for all our customers.
We reserve the right to limit, or refuse returns or orders where unusual or excessive activity suggests misuse of our policies, always in line with your consumer rights.
